GDPR consent
On May 25, 2018, the new General Data Protection Regulation came into force, which is valid throughout the European Union. It is very important to us that you continue to receive the information you need from us (for example, invitations to seminars, trade fairs and conferences, information about technical news, newsletters and other services related to BM plus). For this purpose, we need to process your personal data (e-mail address, and possibly first and last name).

CONSENT TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
according to Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016
(General Data Protection Regulation)
1. I hereby express my consent to:
BM PLUS, sro, company ID: 49967029, with its registered office at Palackého 501, 769 01 Holešov – Všetuly, registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Regional Court in Brno, Section C, File 13223 (i.e. the personal data controller)
processed the following personal data of mine:
first and last name
company name
email address
for the purpose of sending me advertising and commercial communications from BM PLUS, sro by e-mail, for example information about new products in the range, technical news, current events, invitations to seminars, trade fairs and conferences, and newsletters.
2. For how long do you grant consent?
You grant your consent for a period of 10 years from the date of signature, unless you revoke it earlier.
3. How will BM PLUS, sro handle personal data?
The processing will be carried out by BM PLUS, sro, which may commission an external processor to process personal data for BM PLUS, sro (for more details, see the Personal Data Processing Policy on the website www.bmplus.cz). Your personal data will not be transferred to third parties to handle them differently than you have agreed to above.
In the processing activities you have agreed to, your data is not used to make decisions that would be based solely on automated processes and that would affect you.
Your personal data will not be transferred to countries outside the EU. All processors and their IT equipment (servers, clouds, etc.) are located in the EU.
4. Revocation of consent
Consent can be withdrawn at any time. Providing consent is completely voluntary, you can change your mind at any time and withdraw it free of charge.
You can do so in any way, e.g. by e-mail sent to grafik@bmplus.cz or in writing, by letter sent to the registered office of BM PLUS, sro, Palackého 501, 769 01 Holešov – Všetuly.
Withdrawal of consent will result in the deletion of your personal data that we are not obliged to archive under another legal regulation or that we do not process for the purpose of protecting our rights.
5. What are your rights?
The regulation guarantees you additional rights, provided that the legal conditions are met (Article 15 et seq.): in particular the right to information, the right to access personal data, the right to object to the processing of your personal data, the right to correction/supplementation or deletion of data, the right to restriction of processing, the right to portability, as well as the right to file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.cz).
