Procedure for making a complaint
We only accept complaints with a completed complaint form.
Fill out the form legibly, provide the name of the product and a precise description of the defect, even if you are complaining about multiple products at the same time.
 Goods to be claimed together with the completed form
 – hand it over to our sales representative (with whom the order was created)
We provide our customers with perfect service and quality services.
However, it may happen that the goods are damaged. In such a case, we ask you to do the following:
- fill out the complaint form 
- copy of the proof of purchase of goods 
- if necessary, take photographs (especially for damage caused during transport)

The most common user mistakes when installing the dispenser
- Pump leaking – may be caused by weak batteries – replace the batteries and check the device’s functionality 
- new batteries – it is important that they are of the same type (brand) – if not respected, the device will not start 
- correct battery placement (battery polarity error) 
- using an unsuitable filling (gel, solution or solution containing sand), if it is too thick – it will cause the nozzle to clog or the device will not suck in the material at all 
- pump incorrectly inserted into the slider groove (inserting it UNDER the groove does not dispense, inserting it ABOVE the groove may cause the slider to break, teeth to break off the gear wheel or the pump remains open and leaks) 
- using the correct adapter and voltage
